For owners of real businesses

You already run a real business. You know a decision is coming.

A new revenue stream, a pivot, or a hard call about what stops and what starts. Commit to Successes is a ten-seat room of owners who make that decision in twelve months, on evidence, with people who won't let them stall.

Sound familiar?

The decisions owners carry alone.

These are the kinds of calls this room is built around. If one of them lands, that's the one to bring.

The number that hasn't moved

Three years running, the top line hasn't moved.

Payroll is up, materials are up, and the margin gets thinner every quarter. You've known for eighteen months that the business needs to become something different.

The call: cut hard, add a second revenue stream, or plan the exit?

The side door that's selling

The side project is now $340K a year and growing 40%.

It runs on the edges of the main business. Your best employee has asked twice to run it full-time. Both times you said "let me think about it."

The call: fold it back in, spin it out, or keep it a hobby?

The move you rehearse in the truck

You know what the business needs to become. You've never written it down.

You've mentioned it to your spouse twice. Never to the team, never to the banker. Every month you wait costs money, and so does every month you move.

The call: start now while cash is strong, wait for cracks, or run both?

The handshake that isn't written down

Family is in the business, and the structure never caught up.

Roles, ownership and the exit were never really papered. It runs on trust and history, and I've watched both turn on an owner overnight.

The call: have the hard conversations now, or wait for a life event to force them?

If one of those is yours, bring it to a call.

Who runs the room

Built by someone who lost it all and rebuilt it.

I'm Jeremie Paulin. I run five brands out of Renfrew, Ontario, starting with Mikron Machinery in 1995.

In 2008 my business went from over $5M to $100K in a single quarter. Six months later I was profitable again, and within eighteen months Mikron was back to a few million. Not because I had a coach, but because I had two other owners who wouldn't let me stall.

Commit to Successes is the group I wish I'd had that year. I also run my companies with family. Lynn runs the books and Zach runs operations, so when family is part of the decision, I know both sides of it.

Every stalled decision in a real business gets paid for in cash or in years. Usually both.
The Founding Ten · The promise

In 12 months you'll have made one clear, evidence-backed decision about your next revenue stream or pivot. Launched, killed or committed to, with the numbers and the plan to move on it.

If you're still thinking about it at month 12, we failed. That's the deal. — Jeremie

Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else, email [email protected] and I'll answer it myself.

Is the open call really free?

Yes. No cost and no pitch. One topic, a short talk from me, and time for your questions. Come to one or all of them.

Do I have to be in manufacturing or the trades?

No. The room is for owners of real businesses doing $1M–$10M: manufacturing, trades, distribution, construction, products, services or real estate. It doesn't matter which.

What does the Founding Ten cost?

The standard rate is $20,000 USD a year. The founding seat is meaningfully below that, and we set it on a short call based on fit, timing and commitment. Canadian owners are invoiced in CAD.

How much time does it take?

A weekly check-in you post on your own time, plus a 90-minute Table every second Tuesday morning. Two on-site operating days over the year.

What if it isn't for me?

Come to the first two Tables. If the room isn't worth what you paid, tell me by the end of call two and I refund every dollar. No forms, no hard feelings.

Will I end up on the podcast?

Open calls may be recorded so I can share the lessons. You'll never be featured without your OK.
